Radiotherapy uses X-rays or other types of ionizing radiation to reduce the size or destroy a tumor. This method can be used if surgery is not possible or high risk.

This is the most common method of treating a cavernoma, especially if it is in dangerous locations or is causing symptoms. The surgeon removes the tumor and, if necessary, the surrounding tissue.

In this method, a special substance is injected into tumors that causes sclerosis (hardening) of the blood vessels inside the tumor, which can cause it to shrink or disappear.

A portion of people do not experience a change in well-being. However, in some patients, the appearance of headaches, seizures, neurological disorders, and other problems are noted.

Diagnosis at MDI Clinic

    Really enjoyed the MDI clinic. Great attitude towards patients. Applied with the problem of psoriasis (>10 years trying to cure and nothing helps).
