MammologyMastopathy, also known as dysplastic syndrome, is a disorder of the mammary glands characterized by changes in their structure and function. This condition is common in women in their reproductive years, and it can cause a variety of symptoms and discomfort.
Treatment methods

Also, stress can make mastitis symptoms worse. Relaxation techniques, yoga, meditation can help. Regular moderate physical activity helps normalize hormonal balance.
Diagnosis of mastopathy in MDI Clinic
Diagnosis of mastitis involves several steps and methods to detect and evaluate changes in breast tissue. Detailed diagnostics can determine the nature of the changes, identify the presence of tumors or other abnormalities, and develop the most effective treatment plan.
The doctor gathers detailed information about your medical history, including symptoms, duration and nature of pain, and the presence of other conditions. This is followed by a careful physical examination of the mammary glands and surrounding tissues.
Mammography can detect various changes such as nodules, cysts, tumors, or calcinates. Mammography is a key method for early detection of mastitis.
Ultrasound allows you to study the structure of the mammary glands in more detail and identify various masses, even those that are not visible on mammography. Ultrasound is often used for differential diagnosis when it is necessary to clarify the nature of the changes.
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) creates detailed images of the breast using magnetic waves. MRI can be helpful in clarifying the diagnosis and planning treatment.
If suspicious nodules or masses are found, a biopsy may be ordered. The doctor takes tissue samples to analyze to determine if the changes are benign or malignant.
Some types of mastitis are associated with hormonal imbalances. Investigating hormone levels can help determine possible causes of changes in the mammary glands.

Really enjoyed the MDI clinic. Great attitude towards patients. Applied with the problem of psoriasis (>10 years trying to cure and nothing helps).
