Dr. Noah GEFEN is an expert in the field of ophthalmology, a world-class specialist. He specializes in the treatment of diseases of the organs of vision of any etiology, is an operating ophthalmologist. The doctor’s clinical experience is more than 20 years.

Noah Gefen performs the most complex eye surgeries using and incorporating innovative technologies into his practice. The doctor has hundreds of successful surgeries to his credit. She performs laser iridectomy and trabeculectomy for glaucoma, laser capsulectomy for secondary cataract treatment and intracapsular lens correction with high precision. Noa Gefen received her education at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of California. Sackler at Tel Aviv University. After specializing as a doctor, she improved in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases at Meir Hospital. She completed a specialty fellowship at the University of Toronto Western Hospital, where she gained superior knowledge and practical experience in the treatment of glaucoma and cataracts using the latest medical technology. Upon her return to Israel, the doctor continued to improve and pursue innovative solutions in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases.

Dr. Gefen lectures to medical students at the Kaiser School of Medicine. Sackler at Tel Aviv University and is also engaged in research work in the field of ophthalmology. She has published dozens of articles in leading medical and scientific journals in Israel and abroad. Noa Gefen is an award winner of the Israeli Society of Ophthalmology and has been honored with the title “Outstanding Specialist”. She received the Award for Excellence in the Advancement of Ophthalmology from Tel Aviv University in 2005.Dr.’s research and teaching activities have helped her earn prestigious prizes and awards.

Really enjoyed the MDI clinic. Great attitude towards patients. Applied with the problem of psoriasis (>10 years trying to cure and nothing helps). I was worried about how everything would go, as I was flying from another country, but before arrival everything was discussed with me: what to do, how much time of stay will be needed, cost, accommodation, absolutely everything and I was not so worried. Upon arrival I was met, driven to the hotel and was in constant contact with me. Also gave a local SIM card for communication and internet, drove and accompanied everywhere. Was in Tel Aviv for 3 days and during this time visited the doctor, did all the necessary tests and prescribed treatment. After leaving, I am still in touch with the curators and doctors to find out how the treatment is going, whether the medication is helping, my general health, whether I need to send more medication, etc. I am very glad that I visited MDI clinic, as it was the first time I saw the effect of treatment and that it actually helps. Words can't describe the emotions and feelings when you realize that you will finally be healthy and you can no longer be self-conscious about your skin, wear open clothes, put your hair up however you want, etc.
