Prof. Armon CARMEL is a distinguished neurologist and neurophysiologist of international renown. Head of the Neurology Department at a major medical center. Professor of Medicine. Total clinical experience is about 40 years.
Armon Carmel’s areas of professional focus include vascular neurology, diagnosis and treatment of brain and spinal cord diseases, neuromuscular pathologies, epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease, headaches and dizziness, sleep disorders, stroke and other neurological disorders.
Armon Carmel graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine at Technion University in Haifa. After graduation, he trained in the field of neuroepidemiology and neurology in the United States, at the Mayo Clinic. He also completed a second specialization in clinical neurophysiology at Duke Medical Center in North Carolina.
Today, Armon Carmel is a professor of neurology at Tel Aviv University. Passes on her vast experience to young neurologists.
