Prof. Yoram NAVO

Prof. Yoram NAVO is a world-class pediatric neurologist with almost 40 years of practical experience. The physician’s key professional area is the treatment of pediatric epilepsy.

In his daily practice, he applies the most modern methods of studying the causes of pediatric neurological pathologies and treats children for many diseases caused by immune system disorders.

Yoram Navo graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. After that, he trained in medical centers in Israel and the USA.

The professor regularly conducts laboratory and clinical research, which significantly advances science in the study of pediatric neurology and neuropathology. It is quite successful in treating various neuropathies in which the function of peripheral nerves is impaired.

The effectiveness of the physician’s neuromuscular disease treatment is very high even in the most complex cases.

Yoram Navo regularly publishes the results of his research in specialized medical publications. He has written more than 90 scientific treatises as well as several chapters for books on pediatric neurology.

Yoram Navo is an honorary member of the Association of Pediatric Neuromuscular Disease Researchers. He is the secretary of the Israeli Association of Pediatric Neurology. Prof. Navo is regularly invited for international medical expertise.

Really enjoyed the MDI clinic. Great attitude towards patients. Applied with the problem of psoriasis (>10 years trying to cure and nothing helps). I was worried about how everything would go, as I was flying from another country, but before arrival everything was discussed with me: what to do, how much time of stay will be needed, cost, accommodation, absolutely everything and I was not so worried. Upon arrival I was met, driven to the hotel and was in constant contact with me. Also gave a local SIM card for communication and internet, drove and accompanied everywhere. Was in Tel Aviv for 3 days and during this time visited the doctor, did all the necessary tests and prescribed treatment. After leaving, I am still in touch with the curators and doctors to find out how the treatment is going, whether the medication is helping, my general health, whether I need to send more medication, etc. I am very glad that I visited MDI clinic, as it was the first time I saw the effect of treatment and that it actually helps. Words can't describe the emotions and feelings when you realize that you will finally be healthy and you can no longer be self-conscious about your skin, wear open clothes, put your hair up however you want, etc.
