Prof. Menachem Neumann

Prof. Menachem Neumann is a leading specialist in the surgical treatment of urological and gynecological diseases at Assuta Clinic. A very experienced and qualified doctor with a clinical experience of about 40 years.

The doctor’s main area of specialization is urogynecology, pelvic floor reconstruction and treatment of urinary incontinence in women. She operates on women suffering from pelvic floor weakness, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and various uterine and ovarian diseases.

Menachem Neumann is a wonderful, talented surgeon who actively uses in his daily practice the latest minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence: TVT, TVT-O, TVT-SECUR. He has extensive experience in the surgical treatment of problems associated with weakened pelvic floor structures, as well as pelvic floor repair surgeries for genital prolapse.

During his professional career, the doctor has helped more than 30 thousand patients suffering from various urogynecologic diseases.

Menachem Neuman is a graduate of Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Medicine. After his internship at Ha-Emek Hospital in Afula, he specialized in gynecology and urogynecology at Asaf-a-Rofe Hospital. As part of the advanced training program, he trained in the surgical treatment of diseases of the female genitourinary system at the Johns Hopkins Center for Medical Research in Baltimore, USA.

Today, Prof. Neuman is one of the best specialists in the field of urogynecology not only in Israel. His name is well known in international medical circles. In addition to his busy clinical work, he is seriously involved in science. She directs a research project in urogynecology at the Shaarei Tzedek Hospital of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She conducts advanced training courses for surgeons in the field of urogynecology and actively participates in Israeli and international congresses and conferences.

Menachem Neumann has published more than 130 articles on urogynecology in professional medical publications. She is an advisor in urogynecology to the Israeli health insurance companies “Klalit”, “Leumit” and “Meuhedet”.

He is a professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University. Secretary of the Israeli Association of Urogynecologic Specialists, member of the study committee of the International Organization of Urogynecologists. He is also a member of the editorial board of the periodical of the World Urogynecology Society (IUGA).

Really enjoyed the MDI clinic. Great attitude towards patients. Applied with the problem of psoriasis (>10 years trying to cure and nothing helps). I was worried about how everything would go, as I was flying from another country, but before arrival everything was discussed with me: what to do, how much time of stay will be needed, cost, accommodation, absolutely everything and I was not so worried. Upon arrival I was met, driven to the hotel and was in constant contact with me. Also gave a local SIM card for communication and internet, drove and accompanied everywhere. Was in Tel Aviv for 3 days and during this time visited the doctor, did all the necessary tests and prescribed treatment. After leaving, I am still in touch with the curators and doctors to find out how the treatment is going, whether the medication is helping, my general health, whether I need to send more medication, etc. I am very glad that I visited MDI clinic, as it was the first time I saw the effect of treatment and that it actually helps.
